The Service, including its AI models, software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Pefoma and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of your inventory data and images uploaded to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Offline features will continue to function during service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pefoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
