Request Data Deletion

What happens when you request data deletion?

When you submit a data deletion request, we will:

• Verify your identity to protect your account
• Remove all personal information associated with your account
• Delete inventory images, scan history, and reports
• Remove payment records (except where required by law for tax/audit purposes)
• Process your request within 30 days

Please note that once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, all inventory history, and any saved reports.

Before you request deletion

We recommend that you:

• Export any inventory reports or data you wish to keep
• Download any receipts or payment records you need
• Note that any active subscriptions will be cancelled

Fill out the form below and we will process your data deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been received and another when deletion is complete.
